For this project, Ccelera, a SAP Gold Partner, collaborated with Stardue Group, a fast-growing Italian company that owns Basso Bikes and Lee Cougan.

CHALLENGE
A project focused on Customer Experience that has all the characteristics of a long-term partnership. The aim achieved together with Basso Bikes is to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable growth of the company, both in terms of digital future and in terms of architectural infrastructure and information systems.
The collaboration with Basso Bikes offers an excellent opportunity to provide both technological and process support: active collaboration on the customer care, sales and marketing fronts. Therefore, as a first step, data collection and storage were optimised to support the most consistent brand experience possible.
SOLUTION
For this Treviso-based company, Ccelera chose SAP C/4HANA: the cloud-based software designed to revamp Customer Relationship Management (CRM). In the dynamic and rapidly growing environment of Basso Bikes, it was necessary to maintain extreme agility. This need was met by choosing the SAP Sales Cloud solution, which incorporates both sales and service functionalities on the C/4HANA platform.
