The Italian high-end jewellery and design group chose to strengthen the internal digitisation of the HR processes of the Damiani, Salvini, Bliss, Calderoni and Rocca brands.

CHALLENGE
The Damiani Group requested Ccelera’s support with the aim of digitally transforming its HR processes, thus enabling competitive growth at an international level.
Including employees in a corporate strategy and processes that are increasingly innovative, modern and that foster personal and professional development contributes to success and sustainable growth.
SOLUTION
Working closely with Damiani Group, Ccelera developed a specially designed strategy, proposing the SAP SuccessFactors suite as the best choice for its specific needs.
Indeed, after a careful needs analysis, the Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation & Variable Pay, Learning Management and Succession & Development modules were implemented. Thanks to these modules, it is now possible to:
- Manage the recruiting and onboarding of new employees faster and with high quality levels.
- Improve the efficiency, accuracy, experience and training of the more than 850 employees.
- Provide a solid basis for the analysis and use of data, which is also useful for the talent management process.
The digitisation of people-related processes therefore allows the group brands involved in the project to attract and train the best talent and consolidate internal expertise, thus contributing to long-term success and growth.
This project is part of the broader process of digitising the business, which also involved other areas of the group, especially IT and digital sales. The projects were carried out in collaboration with Ccelera’s sister companies in the Arsenalia group: from e-commerce with Alpenite and its design with Vulcano Agency to system integrations with Altitudo.
