CHALLENGE
With more than 2,400 employees in six production plants, Gewiss decided to totally innovate its internal processes to support and facilitate the growth of an organisation founded on innovation and evolution. In this context, it decided to involve Ccelera, to start the digital transformation and renewal of its key People processes with SAP solutions.
SOLUTION
By implementing SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Performance & Goals, Employee Central, Learning, Compensation and Success & Development modules, Ccelera radically changed its pre-existing platform.
Gewiss is now able to assess and improve employee performance, collect data, evaluate results, set targets and promote learning all in one platform. A decisive step forward on people issues: People Managers and all Gewiss employees are now actively and fully engaged worldwide.
This also thanks to the involvement in the project of Vulcano Agency, also a member of the Arsenalia Group, which was responsible for the naming, graphics, the tagline for the launch of the internal communication campaign “Gewiss U is US” and the UX and UI of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
