Iperal
A company active in the large-scale retail sector with 50 shops including hypermarkets and supermarkets in eight Lombardy provinces, Iperal has chosen Ccelera to innovate in the HR sector through the implementation of SAP’s cloud solutions dedicated to recruiting.

CHALLENGE
With around 4,000 employees and an equally important future development plan involving the opening of new shops and hiring, Iperal is supported by an HR team of six people who have to deal with a large number of applications every month. The need was to systematise and automate the entire recruiting process.
SOLUTION
Through the harmonisation of the SAP SuccessFactors platform and Virtual Recruit, the HR team is able to deal with more than 120 applications per month with all candidate information in a single platform, allowing for a full assessment of the applicant. The combination of the information contained in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and the personality information contained in Virtual Recruit makes it possible to identify the critical characteristics of each person even before the interview, and to optimise the selection process by automating low-value-added activities.
