OTB, the international fashion group that owns iconic brands such as Diesel, Marni, Maison Margiela, Viktor & Rolf and the cutting-edge companies Staff International and Brave Kid, has officially launched SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central in cooperation with Ccelera.

CHALLENGE
The brand’s forward-looking goal: to redesign and modernise HR processes and the employee experience in keeping with rapidly changing business and workflows.
The first part of the development dealt with the involvement of the Amploom and Vulcano partner teams in the organisation of a design thinking workshop aimed at understanding the requirements needed to recreate the group’s internal HR processes. A “complex” scenario that demonstrated Ccelera’s ability to analyse, satisfy and ultimately implement all customer requirements by providing a single, solid, advanced technological tool.
SOLUTION
With the introduction of SuccessFactors in HR, it was possible to implement a flexible, cloud-based database.
Built by embracing a modern, global business form, the implemented solution helps OTB automate fundamental HR processes, provide intuitive self-service methods to employees, deliver relevant HR analyses and much more.
This milestone is part of a 27-month transformation in the people area involving more than 20 countries and more than 6,500 employees.
The OTB project, successfully concluded, represents the definition of an entire process that develops in the future by supporting the customer in the management of change.
