Percassi
Percassi, an entrepreneurial organisation operating in the Retail and Real Estate sectors across multiple European countries, embarked on a digital transformation project to optimise corporate expense management.

CHALLENGE
With a diverse infrastructure across its various offices, Percassi identified the need for an integrated and modern solution to streamline and simplify processes, standardising expense management as much as possible and overcoming existing operational limitations.
The aim was to centralise the process by integrating credit card transactions, optimising expense collection and monitoring, and ensuring a seamless user experience for all employees. Additionally, the digitalisation of receipt management and improved system accessibility aimed to support a more efficient and compliant approach to business needs.
SOLUTION
To address these needs, Percassi, guided by Ccelera, selected SAP Concur as its primary solution for expense management, with a focus on seamless integration with its existing SAP ERP environment. Thanks to the native SAP_ICS connector, a continuous and reliable data flow between enterprise systems was ensured. The implementation also included the integration of employee data between SuccessFactors and Concur, ensuring maximum security and compliance.
To enhance usability and security, Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality was introduced, eliminating the need for employees to repeatedly enter their login credentials. The integration of the Concur Mobile Application added further value, enabling employees to capture receipts in real-time via the Expense-It feature, which scans images and automatically extracts expense details.
The collaboration with Ccelera provided ongoing strategic and technical support, facilitating integration between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, and SAP S/4Hana, as well as ensuring effective coordination among all teams involved.
“Thanks to Ccelera’s continuous support and the adoption of SAP Concur, we have optimised corporate expense management, simplifying processes and improving efficiency.”
