What can SAP Litmos do?

• Centralised training management: the solution allows managers to manage the entire training programme in a single platform. It is possible to assign training courses to users en masse and define which content is available via self-service or on-demand mode.
• Offer different types of training: micro-learning, social learning, online and classroom training can be managed in Litmos. For virtual classrooms, Litmos now integrates with Zoom, Webex and Skype, and integration with Microsoft Teams is being finalised.
• Monitoring training: Litmos allows easy, fast and efficient monitoring of student progress through tools to assess learning, collect student feedback and generate detailed reports.
• Interact with content anywhere, any time: Litmos content can be accessed from any device equipped with a browser and a web connection. Android and IoS applications are also available for download from the respective stores.

• Quick deployment: the implementation of Litmos is quick and smart, not requiring companies to make a major commitment. It’s practically plug & play!
• AI and automation: Litmos integrates artificial intelligence components to automate certain repetitive and time-consuming tasks such as, for instance, the creation of courses or the management of mandatory training. HR can spend its time defining the training strategy in relation to company policies.
• Gamification: in addition to managing bonus systems and the awarding of badges, small competitions can be simulated to increase student motivation and involvement.
• E-commerce: taking advantage of the integration with Shopify, training content can be sold outside the organisation. The system allows for the customisation of the layout of certain subsections of the platform (“brand”), which can thus be dedicated to external training.
• Training Content: as an add-on, Litmos provides training content on topics such as HR, personal development, policy & compliance, leadership & management, retail, health & well-being, customer service, finance, health & safety. The content library is constantly being expanded and updated.
