
Anda and Ccelera at SAP #MeetAgain with Ligabue Group
The introduction by Matteo Faggin, General Manager of SMACT Competence Center, the space that hosted the event, opened the meeting with the theme of innovation. According to Faggin, innovation cannot be separated from an eco-systemic approach, an approach that responds to the need of many companies that integrate it into their strategy: that of feeling part of a network, of sharing ideas, projects and resources in order to foster a spirit that is both collaborative and competitive.
The event was presented by Manuela Gianni, Journalist and Moderator of Digital4Executive – Digital360, who introduced the success stories hosted, including the case brought by Ccelera and Anda with the participation of our customer Ligabue Group.
The dialogue explored how the Ligabue Group’s need for digitisation and process integration came about, as well as the need to homogenise the diverse applications and systems that until then had not been fully integrated within the company.
The second focus was on the importance of the CRM to establish connections with one’s customers under the guidance of a data-driven approach. Ligabue’s project was a forerunner of a phenomenon that is taking place in the B2B world: that of increasingly embracing the logic of the B2C world.
“Innovation means continuous improvement, in a constant cycle of events”, Farinetti said, concluding his speech with the keys to a successful Digital Transformation: data, informed decisions, business visibility and the right partner to support continuous improvement.
Remaining on the topic #DaZeroaCentoin4.0, the last speaker was Adriano Ceccherini, Midmarket and Channel Director, SAP Italy and Greece, who spoke about the scenarios offered by the NRRP plans and Transition 4.0 in Italy.
The event concluded with a networking lunch, a very important opportunity for companies and customers in attendance to engage with each other.
