The webinar “Storage of expense reports: compliance with current regulations” promoted by Intesa, a Kyndryl Group company specialising in the design and development of services for the digitisation of business processes, featured the participation of Ccelera as an expert, together with SAP Concur.

During the event, the experts from Intesa, Ccelera and SAP Concur spoke about the various advantages of storing digital expense reports, delving into the technical aspects and the guidelines published by the Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale (AgiD).

The strategic collaboration of the three IT companies aims to implement this solution in business processes, to ensure legal compliance, but also to greatly simplify the relationship between business management and regulatory compliance.

Emmanuele Prudenzano, a partner at Ccelera, conveyed Ccelera’s expertise as a SAP gold partner, explaining the technical specifications behind the SAP solution for the digitisation of expense reports and receipts.

Ample time was also devoted to the advantages of adopting and implementing SAP Concur with Intesa’s software to manage the entire life cycle of employees’ expense reports.
